Lake Tahoe’s Cheapest Bike Rental Rates.

We have cruiser bike rentals, kids bike rentals and adult bike rentals. All bikes are BRAND NEW this year and are all 2012 models from SE Bikes and FUJI Bikes. Equipment Insurance is available for an additional $2.

ALL OF OUR BIKES ARE STORED INSIDE which means no wear and tear due to weather and a better performing bike for your Tahoe adventure.

All lines are hand made in Tahoe City and are assembled from 100% American made materials.

12′, 15′ and 18′ Buoy lines are available in 2 different styles. Please check with the manager of your buoy field to see if there are any length restrictions on buoy lines.

Style 1 is a gold yacht braid with all stainless steel hardware, 3 floats and a locking clip that attaches to the bow eye of your boat. $249.

Style 2 is a 3 strand braided line with galvanized hardware, 2 floats and a non locking clip that attaches to the bow eye of your boat. $179.

A locking clip is available on style 2 with a $10 upgrade.

Both come with a 5/8″ shackle to attache to your buoy and safety wire to keep your shackle locked to your buoy in the Tahoe wind.

We can custom make any lines that you need with extra floats, no floats, custom colors, custom clips, special dock lines and anything else you need. Please call or stop in for more information.

Try Wakesurfing

Wakesurfing is best described as a cross between wakeboarding and surfing. The board resembles a surfboard you would use in the ocean but the waves you ride are produced by the boat. To start, a wakesurfer is pulled out of the water just like waterskiing or wakeboarding but after the initial pull - when the wakesurfer is riding on top of the water, he or she drops the rope and simply follows along riding the wave just behind the boat.

The wake from the boat mimics the look and feel of an actual ocean wave. The initial start - getting pulled from in the water to on top of the water - and finding the “sweet spot” in the wake are the most difficult aspects of wakesurfing. The “sweet spot” is the area of the wake that will keep a surfers forward motion following the boat while keeping them afloat. However both of these can usually be learned in after a few attempts.

Wake surfing has a very similar feel to traditional surfing. If you’ve ever surfed before, chances are you’ll be able to stand up on a wake surf on your first or second try. If you’ve haven’t been surfing before, its still very easy to pick up wake surfing.
